Returns + Exchanges
All BASHES refunds are in the form of store credit.
Your unique store credit code will be emailed to you can be used online, at anytime with no minimum order. Store credits expire after 1 year.
BASHES is happy to accept returns for DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS you receive when your order is delivered. In the unlikely event that any of these problems occur we kindly ask that you immediately contact BASHES. Returns are honored within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of your delivery confirmation date.

Include a picture of damaged item or wrong items received.
A BASHES team member will contact you shortly after regarding your issue.
Modifying Orders & Exchanges
BASHES offers a wide variety of products and novelty balloons for you to choose from. A team member is always available to assist you in purchasing the correct items. Be sure to check your items before you confirm your order. If you notice that you have placed an order for the incorrect item a BASHES team member will be happy to help you adjust your order by the close of business on the day your order is confirmed. All modified orders after your confirmation date will require a $12 processing fee to adjust your order. No additional shipping fees apply.
Exchanges are accepted within 2 business days of your online purchase. If we have sent you an incorrect item, let us know and we will pay for you to ship your item back. Your correct item will ship out to you immediately after we receive your return.
