Due to high volumes of submissions we ask that you please allow up to 72 hours for a response. We do follow up to EVERY submission. Please advise that all delivery times are PREFERRED. While it is unlikely that unforeseen events will impact your delivery time traffic and other uncontrollable events may affect arrival time. Our delivery driver or office will communicate with you via contact number provided should this occur. Additional fees may apply. *Please note, hotel deliveries are delivered to the front desk, apartment deliveries will be left with the concierge or balloons need to be received at the ground level unless a balloon set up has been requested. If your order is on a floor other than ground level please specify in the notes below. If your order will be delivered to a community room please advise. LOAD IN TIMES VARY BY DELIVERY AND ARE GREATLY AFFECTED BY THESE VARIABLES. Do you need weights for your balloons?
Do you need BASHES to set up your balloons for your event? This balloon service requires additional charge per hour. Please advise delivery services are DROP OFF ONLY and will not allow our delivery driver to handle any of your balloon prep or set up at your event.
High Ceilings? or going for a special look? Request a special length balloon ribbon. BASHES standard balloon length is 6ft.
Do you need BASHES to discard balloons and clear up products after your event? Additional fee may apply.

EVENT CONSULTATION
If you are undecided on products and need in depth suggestions on what balloons to purchase for your event you have the option to book an in-person event consultation or you may be required to book a consultation to complete your order. These one hour consultations are held at our Downton DC office location and must be scheduled in advance. During your consultation you are able to preview balloon photos, request mock up designs and review your entire event and which balloons will work best in your event space. Event consultations are $85 and must be paid in full to complete your reservation. Rush fees may apply. Fees are non-refundable if you do not confirm an order. If you finalize your order with BASHES 30% of this consultation fee will be deducted from your total.
